Residential Advanced Water Chemistry Mini Course Online Schedule

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the class are refundable and are subject to a $25.00 registration service charge. Online training option(Pool Operator Fusion) cancellation is subject to a $120 registration service charge.

Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the class are subject to the entire registration fee, if a student does not cancel and does not attend, the student is still responsible for the payment.  Registration fees from a cancellation may be applied to a future class on my class schedule.

FAQ about CPO classes

You’ll need a reliable computer, webcam or cell phone camera (video) and access to the internet for your course/online exam. We’re using Zoom for our live virtual classes which you can access via most internet browsers.

8 am to 5 pm both days. If you finish your exam on the second day, you may leave.

This is a 2 day course that is presented in different ways which could include power point presentation, video and field hands-on training.

You must bring a government issued photo ID, calculator, pen/pencil, highlighter and paper.

Yes. This certification does expire within 5 years from the date that you passed the exam.

Your exam is graded onsite and your grade is given to you before you leave. Your certificate is mailed to you within 3-4 weeks after the course has completed.
